Once activated, your Zembro connects you to a live, trained, locally-based operator with one of our emergency call centers. Connect to a live agent within seconds through your watch or button for major or minor (help from a neighbor) emergencies. They will do what you ask or get you help even if you are not responsive.
Unlike other devices, our operators can contact family, friends, or a helpful neighbor for minor emergencies. For bigger emergencies, the operator
can direct dispatch emergency services to your location. Our operators already know who you are and where you are, even if you are not responsive. In addition, the operators can give first responders additional key information
such as drug allergies, door codes, and lockbox codes so they can access your home quickly and avoid having to break down entry doors.
