Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we can't offer a refund or exchange unless the product is deemed to be faulty under the terms of our limited warranty policy.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, meaning it's free from scratches, damages, and signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm that we've received it. We'll also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the event that the product is replaced under warranty we will provide you with a free return label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WARRANTY
This is a "Limited Warranty" which gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion under this Limited Warranty may not apply to you. Please keep your dated sales receipt; it is required for all warranty requests.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of your Zembro product, or one (1) year from the date of receipt of your replacement Zembro product, Uest NV will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any Zembro product that malfunctions due to defective parts or workmanship at no charge to you. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser. Uest NV may, in its sole discretion, make any repair or replacement with new or refurbished product or components. If the product or component requiring repair or replacement is no longer available, UestNV may, in its sole discretion, replace such product with a similar product of similar function.
The warranty period for repaired and replaced products is applied for the remaining original warranty period or 90 days, depending on which is the longest. The products that are surrendered for replacement are not returned to the consumer. In the event that no defect can be found, the original Zembro bracelet or concerned accessory is returned to the consumer. This guarantee is only extended to the original end-user or buyer of the Zembro bracelet (as applicable) and is not transferable.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover repair services, damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence or casualty (e.g., fire), acts of God (including but not limited to lightning, flood, tornado, earthquake, or hurricane), and consumable parts (including batteries). Damage from unauthorized service or modification of the product or of any furnished component will void this warranty in its entirety. This warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, installation, loss of use, or unauthorized service. In addition, this warranty does not cover any losses, injuries to persons, loss of property or general damages. This warranty and community support services do not apply to any products purchased from third party sellers on eBay, and other online marketplaces. We strongly suggest that you do not buy Zembro products from any unauthorized sellers, as this will invalidate the warranty
