Here’s how it works:

• Setting Up Geofences: Easily define a virtual boundary or “safe zone” or alternatively a “danger” zone. This could be as small as your garden or as large as a neighborhood area. The setup is intuitive, allowing you to customize the size and shape of the geofence to fit the user’s lifestyle.
• Unique Safety or Danger Zones: The flexibility of geofencing means you can tailor boundaries to reflect familiar and frequently visited areas. For example, you might create a safe zone around the home and expand it to include the local park during walks or outings, while excluding potential dangers such as busy roads, wooded areas or bodies of water.
• Receiving Alerts: Once the geofence is in place, the wearer’s location is continuously monitored in real time. If the individual steps outside the designated boundary, SafeTrx instantly sends an alert to your phone, ensuring you can respond quickly before the situation escalates. Alerts are sent via automated voice message, text and/or sms to the designated contacts.

Geofencing for both indoors and outdoors:

• Our Wander Alert monthly service comes equipped with the monitoring of up to four bluetooth beacons for inside the home.  While GPS signals are strongest outside, providing effective and immediate monitoring, bluetooth beacons placed in strategic areas throughout the home allow for reliable indoor tracking & geofencing.
