A simple to use, stylish watch with built in GPS tracking which can call up to 9 designated contacts in the event of an emergency and also comes with optional, automatic fall detection (not guaranteed to capture 100% of falls). Oktave is always connected to the proven SafeTrx Care platform, allowing sms/email alert texts showing the wearers location to be sent to an unlimited number of designated contacts!
Designated contacts can also call the watch directly and it will answer in speakerphone mode. Oktave includes wellness sensors such as a steps counter. Emergency Button and Call Function
- When emergencies happen, your Zembro provides two easy ways to get help: a help button and automatic fall detection (optional).
- Get help anytime by simply pressing your watch’s SOS button.
- When an SOS is launched, your designated caregivers are notified immediately via e-mail and/or text message while also receiving a 2-way voice call. Ask for help whenever you need it.

Unfortunately not. The subscription plan is required in order to cover the 'always connected' network costs and additionally covers the network and cloud services required to support the alerting features.
On receipt of your device, you will be given a link to our setup process. This process will walk you through all the steps needed to configure your device and setup your subscription.
Any changes you wish to make after the initial setup can be communicated to the customer services team.
In the future we will introduce a companion mobile app that will allow you to manage the setup and preferences yourself.
You can set up the details of how each emergency contact will be notified with options of email, SMS and Voice Call. The communication options can differ by alert type, meaning that you can distinguish between high priority emergency alerts and less urgent battery alerts.
Your essentials device will attempt to make a call directly to your contacts, in the priority that you have listed them. At the same time, an alert notification will be sent out to all contacts that you have specified.
Each emergency contact will receive a link to an online alert screen that can be monitored and viewed on a mobile device in order to track the alert details.
Yes, the all Zembro Essentials products will raise alerts whether you are indoors or outdoors.
While indoors, your device may not be able to get a GPS signal and therefore may return the location as being 'unknown' although it will give the last known location.
If you need to get an accurate indoor location, it is recommended that you consider our Simple or Wander alert products as they are designed to work with indoor beacons.
The exact battery life depends on a number of factors, such as the network conditions and whether the device is mainly indoors or outdoors. Typically you can expect to get a battery life on the Essentials Comfort of approximately 24 hours and on the Essentials Mini of 48 hours.
Charging time for a full charge is approximately 1 hour.
