• Over the years we have partnered very closely with SafeTrx to build the foundations of our care ecosystem. Entering 2026, we are excited to formalize this partnership with the acquisition of SafeTrx Care & Active. Together, we bring accessible care solutions to our customers across Europe and beyond.
o This acquisition is another step in the establishment of our cutting-edge care ecosystem, designed to enable accelerated and easy access to the latest high-quality alerting solutions & non-intrusive wellbeing sensing.
o Safetrx Active users can expect no disruption to their services as Zembro has already been progressively assuming the full management of this business.
• We look forward to deepening our partnership with the Canadian team revolutionizing discrete fall sensing with Silver Shield! It is exciting to integrate this advanced radar product into our care ecosystem and thereby expanding its reach to include all leading Alarm Response Centres throughout Europe including UMO, Viedome, SkyResponse, and more.
• We are going to deepen the insight and flexibility of our ecosystem solutions, incorporating machine learning and intelligent agents to improve the time to detect and fix device issues, to bring new features to market, and to keep our partner ecosystem running like clockwork
• And watch this space as we implement smart anomaly detection, using integrated intelligence to detect wellbeing changes which we can share as regular insights with our users and partners to go beyond alerting and to offer proactive, preventative care.
When we relaunched Zembro we knew we had to a few hurdles to overcome to reestablish ourselves as a fast-moving, innovative player in the care space.
